INTRODUCTION

Pumps and compressors are generally critical machines in any production process, and hence it is vital that maintenance is most effective for these units. This course aims to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of how to use a combined predictive and preventive maintenance approach to achieve maximum reliability and greatest understanding of any deterioration that may occur.

Engineers, supervisory and technical staff involved in the monitoring, predictive maintenance and diagnostics of pumps and compressors.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The program assumes familiarity with the design and construction of pumps and compressors. From this starting point it adopts an analytical approach to understanding the failure of all types of pumps and compressors.

From a component-by-component perspective, the program investigates the root causes of failure, and relates these to operating conditions and process parameters. Design, installation, lubrication and wear related failure mechanisms are identified and a detailed understanding of the troubleshooting and diagnostic methods needed to detect and identify these is developed.

The program provides participants with the knowledge needed to be effective in the inspection, monitoring and diagnostics of pumps and compressors, with emphasis placed upon the importance of a combined condition monitoring and strip-down inspection approach to maintenance.

The program is delivered in a combination of lecture style and computer-based training. In addition, a significant amount of time is set aside for small working group activity when addressing case study problems. Reservoir Fluid Properties

INTRODUCTION

Hydrocarbon systems found in petroleum reservoirs are known to display multi-phase behavior over wide ranges of pressure and temperatures. The most important phases that occur in petroleum reservoirs are: liquid phase (crude oil or condensates) and gas (natural gases). This course will explain the hydrocarbon phase behavior and practical application in reservoir and production engineering. Firstly it will review the principles of phase behavior and illustrate the use of phase diagram in describing the volumetric behavior of single-component, two-component, and multi-component system.

It will also present numerous mathematical and graphical correlations for estimating physical and critical properties of the undefined petroleum fraction, evaluation of properties of natural gases and introduces their application in Darcy’s equation and material balance equation. A complete and cohesive independent unit on methods of determining the crude oil physical properties, presents the concept and application of vapor-liquid phase equilibrium, developments and advanced in the field of empirical cubic equation of state and application in petroleum engineering. Details scheme of splitting and lumping of petroleum-fraction.

Properly understanding the reservoir fluid properties is very significant and are very importance steps during the entire life of the oil and reservoir developments and operations. This five-day training will provide a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of reservoir fluid properties and application to reservoir and production engineering to keep excellent reservoir and production performance as long as possible.

Course Overview

With the increasing burden of legislation and increasing costs of fuel and fleet management, many businesses are struggling. It is vital to have efficient control of your company fleet management. This training program focuses on providing delegates with an insight of the major contemporary managerial and economic issues affecting the logistics and overland transportation.

Objectives

Its aim is to broaden participants' knowledge and understanding of how a logistics and overland transportation should be managed. The program includes consideration of cost control, route evaluation and revenue management. The economics of low cost scheduling and to ensure that all vehicle movements are managed through vehicle selection, provision of vehicles and transport services, equipment outfit and vehicle allocation, and with equal care and attention to the selection and training of drivers.

TUJUAN

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan peningkatan kemampuan staf dan atau pejabat yang berwenang dalam manajemen transportasi dan organisasi untuk menyusun perencaanaan transportasi, manajemen operasi dan pemeliharaan, serta pemantauan kinerja organisasi transportasi darat yang dibawah kewenang-annya.

MANFAAT

Setelah pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta mampu melihat peluang bagi pengembangan manajemen transportasi perusahaan khususnya transportasi darat, serta memperbaiki masalah internal maupun eksternal sedemikian sehingga kontribusi transportasi semakin signifikan bagi bisnis perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya.

INTRODUCTION

Hubungan industrial merupakan hubungan antara pelaku proses produksi barang maupun jasa yaitu pengusaha, pekerja dan pemerintah. Hubungan industrial bertujuan untuk menciptakan hubungan yang serasi, harmonis dan dinamis antara pelaku proses produksi tersebut. Oleh karena itu masing-masing pelaku produksi tersebut harus melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing secara baik.

Fungsi pekerja/SP/SB adalah melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai kewajibannya, menjaga ketertiban demi kelangsungan produksi, menyalurkan aspirasi secara demokratis serta ikut memajukan perusahaan dan memperjuangkan kesejahteraan pekerja dan beserta keluarganya.

Fungsi pengusaha dan organisasi pengusaha adalah menciptakan kemitraan, mengembangkan usaha, memperluas lapangan kerja. Sedangkan fungsi pemerintah adalah menetapkan kebijakan, memberikan pelayanan, pengawasan dan penindakan terhadap pelanggarnya.

Dengan terciptanya hubungan industrial yang serasi, aman, dan harmonis diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitas kerja, sehingga dengan demikian perusahaan akan dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sehingga kesejahteraan pekerja dapat ditingkatkan.

Dalam hubungan indutrial yang terlibat langsung dalam proses produksi adalah pengusaha dan pekerja, sedangkan pemeritah tidak terlibat secara langsung. Oleh karena itu pengusaha dan pekerja terlibat dalam suatu hubungan kerja yang menimbulkan hak dan kewajiban.

Hak dan kewajiban tersebut sebagian besar sudah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan serta perjanjian kerja bersama (PKB).

Untuk itu para peserta perlu memahami hubungan industrial dan ketenagakerjaan ( HIK ) dasar meliputi perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, perjanjian kerja bersama ( PKB ), waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat, upah kerja lembur dan PHK.

INTRODUCTION

The most important event in the operations of an oil and gas company is the discovery of reserves. Consequently, estimated reserves quantities are relied upon heavily in oil and gas accounting. For example, reserve quantities are used in computing depreciation, depletion, and amortization (DD&A) using the units-of-production method and for purposes of complying with disclosure requirements.

A deep understanding of expenditure that will be recoverable through cost recovery mechanism is a mandatory to avoid unnecessary losses in upstream operations. This course will explain the elements of costs that classified as recoverable costs, how to calculate and allocate amongst the products. Depreciation methods, capital and non-capital expenditures, tangible and intangible cost are example of items that will be elaborated in this course. The discussion will also cover First Tranche Petroleum (FTP), Before-tax contractor share, Cost Recovery, Profit Oil, Income Tax, Net Cash Flow, State Take, Domestic Market Obligation (DMO).
